Born This Way (Skrillex Died This Way Remix) – Lady Gaga

Sonny Moore won us back with his crazy bassline and drops, and we just had to post this. In case you guys didn’t know, Skrillex has also done two other Gaga remixes, of Alejandro and Bad Romance. In my opinion, this one is his best out of the three. Skrillex is just killing it these days. Check it out and be sure to download this track if you like it.

Circus One (Presented By Doctor P and Flux Pavilion) – Circus Records

So Circus Records just released an album containing 16 of their artist’s songs, and in my opinion its a pretty dope collection. Although a lot of the songs are old, its pretty cool to have this collection of Circus songs together. Along with these songs, Doctor P and Flux Pavilion themselves grace us with a mix containing all of the songs in the album. Unfortunately we can’t give you guys a download link to the album, so if you like Flux Pavilion, Doctor P, Cookie Monsta, Slum Dogz, Roksonix, or Funtcase, definitely buy this compilation either on itunes or the Circus Records website. I’ve included a Cookie Monsta track, “Bubble Trouble” in this post simply because its a unique, creative, and dope song; maybe my favorite on the album. Enjoy.

Digital Sex – High Rankin'

Digital Sex, a great name for this song, is High Rankin’s latest track. I love this track not only for its sick drop but also for its simplicity. Nowadays dubstep songs seem to get overcomplicated with artists trying too hard for their basslines / melodies. High Rankin keeps it simple and to the point, producing a pretty solid track. As you can probably tell from the picture, High Rankin is a pretty funny guy and he has a youtube channel with both dubstep and non-dubstep related videos for you guys to check out. King Kong – Bare & Datsik

Here’s a collab I’d love to see more. Bare and Datsik, both filthy-ass producers, create a bangin’ track (properly titled). They sample a Jibbs hip-hop song, also called King Kong, to get that hook line that goes so well with the drop. If you like these two producers then you will no doubt love this song: you can hear both of their signature styles here. Brand new release from a duo that is quickly becoming one of my favorite dubstep/mashup artists. Their ability to seemlessly mix dub bangers with their own flavor along with some cool samples really sets these guys apart. For those out there who are also done with finals and are tryin’ to rage a little tonight, be sure to swoop this up and throw it up on your playlist for the night.

Future Proof – Calvertron

Future Proof is a unique, creative song, something that I give a lot of credit to Calvertron for. He strays away from the regular dubstep structure, and creates a song that makes you want to listen to the whole 5 minutes. I first heard of Calvertron from his dubstep song, Bring the Bass Back. After this song, it’s safe to say I’ll be following his music a little more closely.

Broken Lungs (Adventure Club Remix) – Thrice

Adventure Club just dropped another huge dubstep remix on their soundcloud. These guys are quickly becoming dubstep remix kings, dropping consistently good remixes over the past few months. And I think these guys represent how much dubstep has changed over the years; how diverse it has become. I definitely wouldn’t call this filth or brostep. So kick back and blast this track on full volume.

Night by Night (Neus Dubstep Remix) – Chromeo

How else to celebrate the end of finals with a Neus Dubstep remix. I’ve heard remixes of Night by Night before, and I have to say this one blows the others away. The original mix of Night by Night is a melodic electro tune, and Neus does a great job turning into a straight banger. At the same time, Neus still maintains part of the original track that I love.

Coma is definitely one of the most diverse producers I’ve heard in a while. He has produced music from multiple genres including Hip Hop, House/Dance, and now Dub. Coma’s sound is as unique as his ability to seemlessly bring together endless amounts of sounds into an awesome high energy banger.

Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites (Dirtyphonics Remix) - Skrillex

Shit. And I thought the Noisia remix was good. Dirtyphonics does a crazy job on this classic Skrillex, creating an incredibly sick track. Since their crazy remix of Warp 1.9 , these guys have been killin it. I’ll even go as far to say that I like this remix more than the original Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites. Be sure to download this banger; a track that I think may be one of the best remixes of the year so far.

Gold Guns Girls (NiT GriT & Stephan Jacobs Remix) – Metric

I’ve been a Metric fan for a while but their music definitely lacks a certain intensity, luckily NiT GriT and Stephan Jacobs teamed up on this remix to create a completely new bass heavy track that showcases lead singer Emily Haines’ vocals along with melodic and drippy bass lines that mesh together perfectly. Living Dead – Emalkay

In celebration of reaching 10,000 followers on Twitter, Emalkay released two free tunes this morning. The first one, “Living Dead,” is the first of the two and seems to have more variation/depth of sound. The name for this song is pretty appropriate; after listening to it for a while I could see this song being played in a Rob Zombie movie.

No, not DatsiK, DallasK. DallasK is a relatively new dubstep producer hailing from Orlando, Florida (not Dallas like you may have guessed). This dude tears it up in this Nero remix, easily passing the original track. It’s exciting to see so many new dubstep artists hitting the scene; this genre is really evolving right in front of us.

I’m Cold and there are Wolves After Me (HULK Remix) – Iwrestledabearonce

This song came out a while ago, but it just showed up in my workout mix the other day and I again realized how much I love this track. Iwrestledabearonce has been one of my favorite harcore bands for a while, but I’m usually skeptical about remixing this genre. Fortunately for us, HULK nailed this one and created a brutal banger. This one aint for the faint of heart, but if you’re a fan of the really heavy stuff, then be sure to swoop this up.

Gimme the Loot (Superginger Dubstep Remix) – The Notorious B.I.G

Before all you bassheads get mad at me for posting a dubstep hip-hop remix, listen to the track first. Superginger crafts a pretty cool beat that compliments Biggie’s lyrics well. He gives Biggie a chance to shine with his dope rhymes while also putting in his own basslines. I appreciated that Superginger didn’t try to turn this classic song into something it wasn’t.

Rolling in the Deep (Deathstar Remix feat. Marty Party & Minnesota) – Adele

Seems like there has been a thousand remixes of Rolling in the Deep but none of them caught my attention quite like this one, mostly because Marty Party and Minnesota happen to be two of my favorite producers. I think they’ve done an excellent job giving this tune a dubstep feel without completely changing the original track. Hope you enjoy!

Sierra Leone (Getter Remix) – Mt. Eden

This Getter Remix really turns up the energy of this track, elevating it to the bass-full dubstep that we hear today. I think that those who have heard the original will agree with me when I say that it’s a beautiful and great song. Getter Remix somewhat preserves that aspect, while adding a lot more womp to it.

Have A Cigar (Wick-It Remix) – Pink Floyd

This one is new, only a couple days old, and I love it. Wick-It takes a classic Pink Floyd track and really puts his own signature twist on it. He doesn’t overdo the bass like a lot of other producers do, and keeps it simple but interesting at the same time.

Tetris (Extended Edit) – Doctor P

Let me just say that I love Tetris and I love Doctor P – so this remix just kills it for me. Doctor P produces a really creative and unique track, weaving in that classic Tetris soundtrack throughout the remix.

4 Minutes (Love & Light Remix) – Madonna

A Madonna (and Justin Timberlake) remix? Yup. Love & Light have absolutely destroyed this track with one of the most aggressive bass lines I have heard from them yet, while still preserving the melody and utilizing the original vocals. Bromance (Cubism Remix) – Tim Berg

I’ve been playing this Bromance track a ton now that summers started (its a summer song what can I say), so I was pretty pumped when I saw there was a dubstep remix. Cubism produces a pretty dirty track – but some may complain that the drop takes away from the great melody of the original Tim Berg (aka Avicii) Bromance. So it’s definitely a different take on the song, but good nonetheless. If you haven’t heard the original be sure check it out as well as the dubstep remix.

Transformer – Benga

Here’s a recent release from one of the dubstep pioneers himself: Benga. This track has a grimy bassline and snarly vocal samples that give the tune an overall dirtiness that I love. Be sure to give this one a listen and download.

Promises – Nero ft. Sub Focus

Nero is at it again, this time bringing Sub Focus along to add a little Drum and Bass feel to the track as well. This one has a combination of great vocals, drum and bass builds, and that classic Nero drop. Definitely one to rock the speakers with. Kollect it, turn it up, and jam.

Grateful Dead – Truckin' (Freddy Todd’s Bootleg Retwist Tribute)

Freddy Todd has a very unique sound that cannot truly be defined by one genre, but it is closest to ProtoHype, Nit Grit, NastyNasty or some similar Glitch-Dub artists. Looking at the title, it’s hard to believe a bass style remix of a Grateful Dead song could be any good, but this song is amazing. This track does not have the typical filthy-grime style that the dubstep scene is saturated with so be sure to swoop up this unique banger and be on the look out for this guy.

World On Fire - Flinch

We got a new Flinch track for you guys that was literally officially released by Flinch himself 5 minutes ago on facebook. This banger was given away along with a Skrillex & 12th Planet track and a Zedd Electro-Style track, in a bundle called Free Treats.
